So Ive had some lucid dreams before by the DILD method, but I researched the WILD method and it fascinated me. Ive been trying it for a few weeks and I cant seem to reach that happy place between waking and sleep. I wake myself up at 4 a.m. but I'm never successful. if i try to stay awake, my mind is too busy for my body to go through sleep paralysis, etc. But if I force my mind to calm down just slightly, I fall asleep. Its just a constant uncomfortable half sleep position that lasts an hour or so until I finally give up and fall asleep. Any help?
