I've been working on my WILDing, and have the SP down pat, after I got into SP I ended up with the problem of not having a dream to enter, and have never been too good with visualization. But now, I must be getting better at visualization, because when I visualize something, I see it for a split second, but it goes away. Am I making any progress? And what might help me? I've laid in bed for 1 and a half hours before, with no Lucid Dream Initiation. People say that they "get out of their bed" but it doesn't seem that simple. I even tried laying on my stomach, and then imagining myself doing pushups, but that didn't even work. Same with laying on my back, and imagining floating out of my body. |
