      Counting and staying awake

      Hello

Until recently, ive been using counting as a method to keep my mind from falling asleep during a WILD attempt, and I have found it a little too effective, stopping me from sleeping at all and resulting in me eventually getting exhausted and falling asleep without lucid dreams. However for the last few days, it has become the opposite, and does not help me stay awake at all. Are there any other methods of keeping the mind awake that may work?

I read a little about anchors in a tutorial, but I didnt really understand them, could someone please explain them to me?

      Thanks

Have my first Lucid Dream [X] Become adept at stabilising dreams [] Change my dream environment [] Summoning [X] Telekinesis [] Hear a joke from a DC [] Ride a dragon, then jump off from a great height [] Swim [] Drive [] Eat []

Well, the goal is to fall asleep. Counting, or saying your mantras are suppose to keep you aware only until you start seeing images that turn into dreams behind your closed eyelids. Then you should concentrate on those and enter a lucid dream.

Sageous has a great WILD class. Even if you don't want to participate, you are free to read through his lessons and practice. This should help. Happy dreams
