advice on reaching SP and WILD

last night i was very motivated and i literally layed down still for maybe 1 or 2 hours i was in a very deep state of relaxation, and my thoughts were to a minimum my attention was just on my body and its energy field (chi), so i was hoping for SP to kick in but just never happened until i just gave up.

last time i had SP i remember i was jjust liying down staring under my eye lid with no thoughts and SP just kicked in but this time it didnt happen. was it because there were few thoughts here and there?

can someone send a link to a good WILD and SP guide, i havnt been on here for a while but from what i remember there was a Naiya wild method but i couldnt find it on the forum.

The problem is that you should absolutely not WILD when you first go to sleep at night. at that point your mind is sending you into deep sleep, not REM sleep. You should attempt WILD after 4-7 hours sleep during what's called WBTB (you get up during the night, spend some time awake and then return to bed).

Here's that Naiya guide (scroll down for WILD) http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/naiyas...secrets-61802/

There is a WILD class in DV academy. You don't have to participate if you don't want to, you can just read the articles/lessons. They are a must read for everybody who wants to WILD and to understand, what is going on while you do it. They will clear up some issues about SP and other things. Highly recommended. Happy dreams

Common mistake for people who are new to WILD. Do not try to WILD when you first go to bed. At that point you can a number of anchors to retain awareness while falling asleep to reach SP and successfully wild. Good Luck
