Edit i tried WILDing but after i closed my eyes nothing happened just nothing even for after 10-20 absolutely nothing happened. Now i just woke up again and its 11am and i feel very refreshed, can i do a WILD in the afternoon even though i'm not really tired. |

What were you doing during your WILD attempt? Did you have a specific technique you were following? |

dude take some melatonin and get 3-4 hrs of sleep so you get no dreams or bad ones and around noon try to WILD, you'll go into a dream fast |

The more sleep you get before your WBTB the better your chances. But of course if you get too much sleep before your WBTB you'll have a hard time returning to sleep. You have to do your own experimenting to find out the ideal length of time to stay awake before returning to sleep. If you fall asleep too quickly then stay up a little longer. |
