Hi Mexican, when your heart rate seems to speed that is prob just an hallucination although it seems very real...maybe next time it happens just say to yourself "I'm dreaming" and focus your mind on a dream you remember or a dream you want to be in, anything but the speed of your heart rate...once you focus on it too much it can ruin your attempt as it has been doing. It just takes a little practice and patience and soon you won't give it a second thought, you will just relax and go with it. Your mind controls your body's reaction to SP and although you don't get scared your mind knows that you are thinking about it and have a problem with this...it just takes a little re training if you like of your thoughts....like I said forgetting about this and just constantly focus on something else and also believe that next time it happens you will flow gently with it and your body won't freak out, allow your body to use it instead of fighting it...you will get there, just trust in yourself and this will soon pass.
