      Roll Over Signal

      The roll over signal is a method the body uses to check if Mind is asleep and then goes into sleep paralysis.

      I need an opinion if what I was experiencing was this roll over signal.

      Experience:

      I had been laying still for minutes less than 5 and then I get this urge to move my arm, it was getting more powerful. Not painful but I SERIOUSLY wanted to move it. I can't really explain the feeling but I knew my mind wanted to move my arm.

      I gave in and as soon as I move, the feeling completely disappeared within a second.


      Was this the roll over signal?

      Yes indeed, that was the roll over signal. Ignore it, and if you're lucky, sleep paralysis will quickly follow
