      Being controlled in SP?

This has happened in nearly all my SP experiences, where I wake up in time-space/dream realm and something keeps lifting my hand for no reason and lifting my legs but i still get lucid after that. This morning instead, I've been pulled out of my bed by some spirit perhaps and he started doing levitating me and then dropping me. I didn't felt scared by this at all but it's really mysterious and why does his happens to some people

Hey there, this used to happen to me all the time during SP. being lifted out of bed by something I couldn't see then slammed on the floor. Ive had all that shit lol. I have even been raped by it several times. As to why, well it's just hallucinations, no evil spirit or nothing like that just plain old hallucinations. The mind is a very powerfully thing and can make us believe anything. I got to the point where I didn't sleep much as I was scared it would get me again! Good that your not scared cause fear will just make it worse than it is so just stay calm and it will pass. I no longer have it that bad and I think that's because I have looked into it so much that my mind now knows it can't scare me with it, although I still get the arm being lifted by something and something pulling covers over me etc but I just ignore it and it passes. Well there's my take and experience with SP, sweet dreaming
