      Nausea post sleep paralysis?

Last night I had sleep paralysis no WILD, same effects as usual but today I feel sick ever since i got up in the morning.... Was this due to the night before? Also, during that night I woke up like 3 times and was unable to remember dreams... (Not that I remembered to try to recall)

Is this just cause I am sick today or does this link to anything... I don't know cause I have a light headedness

If you stayed up too long for WBTB or couldn't fall asleep for a while, you lost some sleep, and you may not tolerate that well. Dream recall fluctuates, if normally is good, I wouldn't worry. Feel better
