      Sleep Paralysis disrupted

      Hello, I've been trying the WILD method and I find that I am able to get to sleep paralysis while conscious very frequently. Problem is that when I do, after a few seconds I think about breathing and need to take a breath, which brings me back to a less relaxed state. I was wondering if there is any way to deal with this so I can progress towards a successful WILD.

      Just try and relax don't think about your breathing so much! just breathe normally and try focusing on the back of your eye lids. That hopefully should be enough to be an anchor for you to go into SP
      Hope that helps! I'm also kinda of a newbie too!! Oh and also don't focus too hard! Just enough to keep your mind awake so your body can be tricked onto falling asleep!
