is this sp? and what to do if it is.
hello,
i tried to wild a couple times but i always fail at one point,
when im laying in bed for like 15 minutes relaxing and wandering i suddenly feel my heart going faster and faster and my hole body begins to tingle, and i get the feeling like there are waves beneath me then my breathing goes faster i tried to relax and breath normally but i just cant. i have read a lot of postīs about this but i just cant figure out what this is and what to do.
any help?
ps: i have Cardiac dysrhythmia so i know what to do when it happens at day, some post say its just an hallucination but i feels really real.
