I'm having some problems with my wild. I get 6-7 hours of sleep then wake up to try my wild. I believe I reach sleep paralysis every time I just don't know what to do next. I feel the wave, the numbness ect (never hear or see anything scary though) but then I just sit there in SP. I know I should just try to sit up or "roll over" and do a reality check, but ive tried and I always end up failing.
