Do all wild techniques use anchors?

Do all wild techniques use an anchor?
And what are some examples of good anchors?
I know some but I would like to know more. So I can find one better suited to me.

Focusing on breathing, mantras, the feeling of your back on your bed.

      Hope that helps

Thank you. Focusing on my breathing sounds like a good one. Basicaly just meditate?
But how would I not be to focused on it?

That's what I've been trying to figure out for a while. You could try to find a sweet spot between maybe daydreaming and focusing on your breathing, or listening to external noise while focusing on your breathing, etc.

      Hope I helped somewhat!
