hey guys! lil help for WILD?

I've been doing the WILD for weeks now. And each and every time, I don't get my self to retain my subconscious, I fall asleep (hate it). But luckily, just days before from now I had succeeded. It was kind of waking up from reality. it was awesome . I was able to experience twitching of the eyes, paralysis, a boom (noise), and creepy things at your body. But my problem is I don't get or enter the hypnagogia and I want to experience it. Have any ways how? and also the paralysis of "breathing". 1st time experience last night. And I don't want it to get in the way, any ways to deal with it?

About the getting into a dream: Some people get hypnogagia naturally, while others just go straight into the dream.

The only next step I can think of is to visualize going into the dream. Make sure to include ALL of your senses!

And don't worry about breathing. Unless you think It might be sleep apnea. If that's the case, see your doctor.

no what I mean is. the moment the "breathing" is paralyze. i'm calming my body by breathing slowly (active). thus the moment it gets paralyzed. it messes everything up. it feels like you stop breathing. making you grasping for that air. thus losing your "paralyze" state

It sounds like you're experiencing HI to me. It doesn't always manifest itself as lights or hallucinations, so the boom can be part of it. Congrats on getting your first WILD!
