I wait long enough to notice these light patterns, but I'm not really sure what to do next, as they end up disappearing and nothing happens for a while. I might see them again, but they still disappear and I lose focus of what I'm doing.

I remember trying to have a WILD a couple months ago, and seeing images and lights, then feeling this wave of like, vibration, but I think I fell asleep after that.

I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong, I want to hear what you guys have to say.
