      Was this SP or not?

      Couple hours ago i tried to take a nap WILD and I'm a little unclear as to how close i was in succeeding.
      Basically i laid down on my back and tried to relax, counting backwards from 99. Each number i would breath in and out. After a while i became so relaxed my mind started to wander. But before i actually slipped into unconsciousness though, like how my WILDs usually turn out. It suddenly felt like someone was pushing down on my entire body. I was so surprised i tensed up and eventually the feeling went away and i was pretty much awake.
      I'm writing this thread because usually my SP feels like my body is vibrating and I've never experienced this before, so I'm a little unclear if it was SP or not.
      Also another question i have for some of the more successful WILDers on this forum is that do you usually daydream when your trying to achieve a WILD? because for me if my mind is just concentrating on something like counting I'll sit there for hours and no SP but if i let my mind wander a bit i find it a lot easier to WILD.
      Of course i've only successfully WILDed a couple times and any tips would be great. =D

      Hey Duffles, reading a couple recent posts I've figured out that your attention isn't supposed to wander from your body(common mistake) and that you also aren't supposed to move your eyes at all.
      Letting your mind wander has helped others but I just read on the forum about it. Try it! We've got so many days to sleep and try WILD's its not even funny. Try letting your mind wander and see how far you get. (At least that's what I'm going to do hehe)

      Dunno, just try the tips and see if they work. That's what I've been doing recently. Good luck!
