Hi. Usually after I do my WBTB 6 or so hours after going to sleep, I get back in bed. (My WBTB usually consists of just a bathroom break) Then I think about WILDing and how I'm going to attempt it. After a few minutes, I forget about it entirely, my mind wanders, then I fall asleep. And then when I wake up, I regret it in the morning.
How can I stay on the technique without forgetting what I'm doing? It's pretty hard IMO.
