Couple hours ago i tried to take a nap WILD and I'm a little unclear as to how close i was in succeeding.
Basically i laid down on my back and tried to relax, counting backwards from 99. Each number i would breath in and out. After a while i became so relaxed my mind started to wander. But before i actually slipped into unconsciousness though, like how my WILDs usually turn out. It suddenly felt like someone was pushing down on my entire body. I was so surprised i tensed up and eventually the feeling went away and i was pretty much awake.
I'm writing this thread because usually my SP feels like my body is vibrating and I've never experienced this before, so I'm a little unclear if it was SP or not.
Also another question i have for some of the more successful WILDers on this forum is that do you usually daydream when your trying to achieve a WILD? because for me if my mind is just concentrating on something like counting I'll sit there for hours and no SP but if i let my mind wander a bit i find it a lot easier to WILD.
Of course i've only successfully WILDed a couple times and any tips would be great. =D
