Feeling like your heart is going to beat right out of your chest is actually competely normal! It doesn't happen all the time, but it's one of the more common SP hallucinations. When you're close to entering a dream you might feel an acceleration or something even more intense, so just relax and try to keep it together.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

just try to stay calm - i agree that there is nothing to worry about unless this become a pretty regular thing. Them you need to do something and try to cope with it.

because physical issues can make your body waste a lot of energy deemed for normal sleeping.

Try to do some calming and relaxing techniques then. Here are some reviews just pick up something that fits you: stoppanicattackreviews.com

I've had this when getting into SP. My heart beats rapidly and I can feel it as if it's about to explode out of my chest. But I've learned to cope with it. As Puffin said, it's probably hallucinations. Just think of it as a joy ride into another universe or something. If you just pretend that it's a gateway to your dreams, it'll be a lot calmer for you.
