I got nothing from SP
This happened to almost all of my attempt
Okay, so I was attempting WILD, everything went smoothly
Some minutes later I had already entered SP
And now my problem is:
1. Sometimes I had just gotten my body went vibrating for about a milisecond and then it stopped suddenly
2. Sometimes my SP had finished, but I didn't get into my dream
Can someone help me,
I'm a WILDer that even can't do WILD
-
Just some things every WILDer should to know, and every oneironaut for that matter.
If you are in sleep paralysis you will experience strange things, how else are you supposed to start dreaming?
If you are in sleep paralysis remain still and have your eyes closed and the rest will take care of itself.
A small vibration like that doesn't mean that it is sleep paralysis, it only means that your body starts to get relaxed.
Lucid dreaming is not something you just can read about on a forum or a book and magically understand the process and learn it right away.
It's something you have to learn to do by experience.
For example MILD and DILD are good techniques, but they didn't gave ME frequent results so I stopped using it.
Laying still and trying to get to sleep paralysis is really really really hard! At least for me it is, I have managed to lay still for 2 hours without anything to happend...
Now I use alarms to wake me up during the night and i have learned to wake up with closed and eyes and without moving a muscle and by doing that I sometimes wake up in sleep paralysis, and I see patterns appearing in front of me and I am in the dream. Although I am struggling with remaining in the dream and false awakenings, but that's another problem and I am at least getting lucid.
I hate to see people struggle and give up lucid dreaming, because the lucid dreaming forums make everything seem so simple. Just by following some steps from a guide obviously doesn't work for everybody.
But the most important thing is that you have to learn from your "unsuccesful" attempts.

I appreciate your answers
But, I've started learning Lucid Dream about 2 months ago, I'm learning all the basics till the advances
I read all the WILD method in this forum
I accept your answers :)
But, one more thing I want to ask, I read that by changing breathing pattern can make SP fails, is it right?
Cause sometimes when I got into SP, I got a little panic
-
Yeah I have experienced that in some of my attempts, but no one can know for sure.
But it might be one of the ways for the body to know if you actaully are asleep. But on the other hand when you have a nightmare and get scared you are still changing your breathing pattern without waking up, at least I have had a nightmare without waking up.

2 months is nothing. You are by no means behind anyone else in your progress. Some people on here who have had them in weeks have either had prior experience before joining DV or are younger than you (the younger you are the easier it is). It's nearly been a year for me and I haven't had one worth talking about yet.

You said that you were in sleep paralysis, but are you really sure about that? As Choi mentioned, vibrations don't mean that you're in sleep paralysis. Vibrations occur in NREM sleep as well, but they aren't as strong as the vibrations during sleep paralysis.
The best thing to do when you're in sleep paralysis, is to forget about your body. Therefore, changing breathing pattern is going to break the paralysis. It's easy to panic when you're not used to sleep paralysis, so it's easier when you have more experience. When you're able to stay calm, you can enter a lucid dream. Just keep an empty mind or imagine a dream scene.
Do you try to WILD without previous sleep? It may be possible for some people, but it's recommended to sleep for at least 4-6 hours before attempting to WILD. If you already do this, then you're going to have a WILD after some more practise! :)

@choi and avalanche
Thanks guys for the reply
@oneiromoon
I'm trying WILD before and after
I used suggestion for WBTB that makes me wake up in the middle of the night every day, and I give a little interval before starting WILD
@all
Now I understand what my problem is :)
