What you experienced was what most newbies experience when first trying to induce SP consciously. For me, the more I tried to induce SP, I stopped getting that feeling of anxiety.. or maybe I just got used to it, who knows. Just keep at it, mate. |

Would I have entered a ld if I had persisted past that feeling? was that the hh people talk about? |

Many people have their heart race before a lucid dream. Hypnagogic imagery can sometimes be terrifying, depending on how intense and strange the sensations are. Since you're new, you'll probably start off making the basic mistakes of paying too much attention to the sensations. Find the balance between being in your head and staying alert, and when SP and HI come, you should be paying minimal attention to them. Don't ask yourself if you're in SP yet or start thinking about everything. Passively observe the HI and let the sensations carry you into a lucid dream. |

So I should let them pass over me and continue concentrating on my breathing and the dream I want to be in and I will start to lucid? |

Also id like to say that I don't think I was hallucinating because I didn't see or hear anything out of the ordinary .. it just felt as if, in my head, the world was getting miniscule is size, it was a very odd feeling |
