Basically, I have been attempting to WILD.
As I am trying to get my body to fall asleep, I have numerous time felt like my mind was spinning and I was dizzy, although I couldn't see it with my eyes, I felt it in my mind.
Along with dizziness I felt like something was to trying to fload upwards.
Although I couldn't go any furthermore, has anyone who has had a WILD experienced this and could tell me more or less that Im on the right tracks to get to SP and eventually Lucid dream.
I've been getting that too! And just like you I have yet to WILD. Sorry that this answer is no help. But *I want to know too!* Calling all experts to answer

That was HH, so you were most likely in N1 sleep.

Ok so if I keep going at this and reach n2 and n3 I should reach sp soon? Also these HH eventually stop I assume to my excitement because I didn't move or anything. I it a matter of waiting before you reach n2.
Hey dan! Same thing here. If I wait too long the HH stop and it's like I never did anything. I just lie there and it feels like no progress is happening.
It usually stops after my heart races and I wait too long. Are there any tips on how to fall asleep quicker?
