Hey
First of all I want to apologize for my bad grammar, English is not my first language + It is really hard to explain what I mean, making it even harder.
So I am lying in bed, relaxing and visualizing but still trying to be slighty aware. Eventually i get to that point where my mind starts to fall asleep.
After that point, when I start to fall further asleep .. BAM! I am SUPER aware and get excited.
Why is this happening? What can i do against it?

WILDing is simply training your mind to jump other sleep stages into REMsleep, the stage of sleep where dreams occur.
As I presume, you mean by ESP (extra sensory perception), if that is what you mean, then try staying more aware as awareness is a sense that you can make extra by being more aware during what ever you do. What I do by increasing awareness is the "seeing" perception and by that I mean the "eye" so I "see" and try to "see" in all the time what is in front of me.Quote:

I think you got me wrong though. I WANT to WILD, but i can't because everytime i try to get consciously into REM I get at one point FULL aware which stops me from getting to REM
