Was I getting to a Lucid Dream?

Hey everyone im fairly new here so bare with me. But i was reading the forums last night and i found out about isochronic tones. Ive been trying to have a lucid dream for months now and i still couldn't do it so i thought id give it a try. So i put headphones in and played it while i was trying to fall asleep. After about 15 minutes into the tape I started to feel really weird and started to feel like i was falling through my pillow and bed it was a really strange feeling. Then it almost like my mind went very clear and I could see everything perfectly, but I just seeing blackness. While this was happening I kept feeling that I should open my eyes, like something was almost making me open my eyes, almost like i was opening my eyes to the dream. So I ended up doing it but I just opened my eyes to reality. After about another 10 minutes it happened again but this time my leg had a little spas attack and it caused me to leave this state again. So guys can you please explain to me what this was happening to me? Was it a stage of going into a lucid dream? It was kind of a nice feeling too.
