Hello people, Im new to this website. So I thought I'd post my first thread!
Just after awakening this morning I listened to a Self-Hypnosis recording on my MP3, and started feeling like I could fall asleep any minute, I also started seeing dreamlike images infront of my eyes, but I was still able to stay conscious because of the voice on the recording.
Can this or other forms of relaxing audio(Ambient music for example) be a way to easier induce a WILD?
Well at first I thought that ambient music helped me induce a wild, but recently I've found it has had the opposite affect, either it sends me right off to sleep or keeps me awake I just can't seem to find the in-between with it.

I personally sleep with music so it'll wake me up between dreams. Then I turn it off and attempt a WILD or DEILD (depending on how long I'm awake). But to directly induce a LD? Hmm can't say that's happened yet.
