its been way too long!!!

first wild for about a year. I was chuffed with myself as soon as I realized what was happening. After a year of no success and alot of meditation I feel I gained alot of self control, so when I did fall in, I was prepared and well equipped to keeping it stable. Upon realizing I was lucid dreaming I took advantage of the fact and decided to 'invite' someone in who would bring some fun to the party. The first part of my dream I was walking around my work place just being nosey. I had the impulse to look at my hands as I had trained myself but it didn't feel stable enough so I resisted. Anyway the dream took a turn for a very different type of dream young teenagers have lol (re my guest) and I was afraid I may have over done it should I say. Then something happened that was entirely new to me, I woke up, got up and had in fact needed to change, and it was light outside. Strange cus its.winter and I.hadn't been asleep that long. Lots of things were out of place, and I realised I wasn't in my own bedroom. With all the confusion of what turned out to be a false awakening I properly woke up. No mess :-) hurrah!

Few things I need to take from this I think... look for signs of a FA and use them to reinitiate an LD. And don't abuse the experience to have your way with women! It will more than likely end in an embarrassing mess!
