      Step after full relaxation?

okay, after my last problem, ive gotten a big question
"what is the step after full relaxation?"
sometimes, i often can feel that my body has slept since i cant sense the texture of my bed
but, why i still dont get into SP?

Have you been getting sleep prior to trying to get into SP? It's extremely hard if you haven't gotten any sleep beforehand.

Not feeling your bed means nothing. Any time you fail to move your muscles for a sufficiently long period of time, the sense of touch in that area of your body can go numb. This has nothing to do with sleep. There is no "relaxation" step in WILD. WILD is simply the act of falling asleep while maintaining a small amount of awareness.

The relaxsation part is just to get you ready to WILD. After you relax you then attempt to WILD.

No, you need to fall asleep. Like, fully asleep. Meaning, asleep. Also, it only really works at two times: in the early morning immediately after getting several hours of normal sleep, and during an afternoon nap.

The point isn't to get into SP. The point is to fall asleep. Some people (like me) don't even feel SP. The most that I feel are tiny vibrations. When they're done I do an RC and hope for the best.

I would recommend reading Mzzck's Why You Fail at WILDing tutorial. There is a ton of great information in there.
