That was one heck of a sleep paralysis

So... for the first time, I got this "sinking" sensation.

It all began as i was trying to WILD normally (i think im in a dry spell right now) and all of a sudden, i notice sleep paralysis coming from nowhere.

I was like "Ok, the usual stuff." but then all of a sudden... it felt like i was slowly sinking underground. One second i have a normal sleep paralysis and the next second, im just sinking slowly.

After some time it felt like i was floating on thin air. If i concentrated on this sensation i could feel my arms and feet hovering up and down slowly. GIVE ME FEEDBACK!!! Have you had the same? How do you "slip" into a dream? im having a little bit of trouble on that.

Its definitly the start of a dream, for sure. Not 100% on how to go on from there, sadly. Maybe you were in a dream already?

Spinning is a means how to teleport within a dream, sinking might also be one way, how to teleport within a dream. The only thing for you to realise is that you were in fact in a dream. And that you must give your brain some expectation, where you want to land. In fact experiencing sleep paralysis is a dream itself. You are in your dream body, which is stuck where your real body is, becouse your mind recreated, what you were trying to achieve. Paralyzed body.

I dont know, why everybody is so obsessed with sleep paralysis experience. I think, it is one of the most boring, dificult and limiting ways, how to enter dream world. You enter it with chains, which you have to break first. Imagine how difficult it is to make your dream body split from real body, when your dream body gets created as paralysed twin of real body.

Well i guess people like some workout before lucid dream

My latest WILD was three days ago, and I'll try to describe exactly how I did. When I reached sleep paralysis, I visualized how my room would look like if I opened my eyes while lying in bed. I don't have to visualize anything, but this time I wanted to try. I don't know if it made any difference, though. Seconds later, the visualisation disappeared by itself, and all I could see was black. I could still feel the sleep paralysis, and I knew that I would soon be in a dream. Then the paralysis stopped and I was still in my bed, but in a lucid dream. This is practically how all my WILDs have begun.

When I'm in sleep paralysis, I only feel vibrations and tingling. I've never experienced sinking or floating, but I've seen other people describing this. I can't really help you with that, but I can give you advise on how to slip into a lucid dream. I try not to give the sleep paralysis too much attention, and this is easy now when I'm used to it. Maybe you're concentrating too much about what's happening to your body, and therefore is having trouble with the transition into a lucid dream?
