First WILD Experience!
I think I may have done it!! I woke up real early to move my car for my girlfriend and when I got back upstairs, I couldn't fall asleep for a few hours. I ended up on my bed trying to "rest my eyes" until I noticed myself in a strangely lucid state of mind. I was having very random thoughts and sounds enter my head, but I somehow managed to maintain a somewhat clear though pattern.
Eventually my limbs began to feel more and more weightless. I felt a sensation that I can only describe as floating around in a void, drifting in every direction randomly. Despite the strangeness of it all, I knew my body was still in bed and became very aware of the fact that I was in the middle stages of a WILD. At this point, I focused my efforts and attention on every sensation that was fall upon me.. the images, the sound, the bodily sensations.
I fell in and out a few times, but eventually got to a point where I imagined my room vividly enough to stumble into it. I had absolutely no coordination, landed on my knee, fell to the left and descended through the ground into darkness. At this point, I was out cold. I remember it transitioning into a semi-lucid dream in which I was trying to get a circa-1999 Britney Spears looking girl to sleep with me.

Great Work!
The thing to maintaining lucidity and coordination is that you need to let your subconscious know you are dreaming and you have control. Rub your hands together, spin in circles and touch objects in the dream world. eventually you will wake up but you can prolong for sometime. Remember you must tell yourself you have control and you can do anything, flying, sex and even creating such objects.
