How to get into SP: ignore your body's impulses (like itches) and think of nothing in particular. Just let your thoughts go by without paying too much attention to them or focusing on any particular thought. This can be quite hard at first. |

I think this is like the hard part of WILD |

Spoiler for Goals:
You'll know you're in SP when you feel strong vibrational rushes going through your body in waves. Other possible signs: loud noises, intense hallucinations, and altered states of consciousness. |

Just giggle at the ghostie! ^^ |

The awareness, for me, is in knowing you're letting them pass you by. It's like watching the rain, I don't actually look at each raindrop, I just become aware of the fact that I'm watching the rain fall, and that brings up emotions (or not), of which I can then become aware without focusing on them etc etc, and so I transition into a dream. |

Spoiler for Dream Goals:
Not SP, sorry. |

Sleep Paralysis is the function that protects your body from moving and such when in the subconscious of sleep. Sleep Paralysis basically feels like complete paralyzation and you have no capabilities of moving. You can exit it by attempting and trying to move smaller muscles and such. You know when you enter it when you can't move your body parts. In order to enter it your body must be fully relaxed and you have to tune into your inner conscious. Do relaxation exercises in order to relax your body with this. Try and focus on your breaths and relax all your muscles. A good way to do this is by flexing all your muscle groups and do it until they're tired. Then stop and let them relax without moving them. Remember if you move any muscle groups you have the risk of having to restart the whole paralysis process. You have to have patience and wait. |

This is not applicable to the typical SP experienced during WILD. |
|
Seriously, though, there's no feeling quite like it. To me, I imagine being cast in concrete is the closest to describing how it feels.. you can still feel all your muscles, but you can't move them, as if someone or something is holding them in place no matter what you do. |

Spoiler for Dream Goals:
When you try to fall asleep, make your wild attempt and relax your muscles to the point when you dont feel your body and when REM kicks in, your dream body gets generated. Unfortunately you gave it the instructions to be motionless in bed in dark room. Your focus turns into the dream world, which gets shaped according to strongest thought before you fall into sleep. And the thought is: dont move, just dont move. |
