WILD induction?
I've been trying for the longest time to have a WILD. I've read (and experienced :p) that it's difficult. A couple times, I think I've been close, but I just want to know from experienced dreamers (if that's the proper term of address... XD) what sort of things will clue me in that I'm asleep and what to do after I realize it.

Moved to WILD subsection,
there are many different techniques to WILD as you probably know, my favourite being the relaxation. You want to aim to fall asleep, there should be little intent to experience the transition, sleep paralysis and HH and more the intent to fall asleep and just remain awake.

I usually have spontaneous WILDs, lol. Apparently I'm naturally so relaxed I get to the HH stage fairly unnoticed until I DO notice, and recognise what's happening and just pay attention to the fact that it's happening, not what is happening specifically. This happens after I've woken up from another dream (spontaneous WBTB). I've just trained myself to recognise the colour swirls as the prelude to HH and that works to keep me aware.
