I noticed that I could still feel my body at times such as when running really hard, (most likely because I didn't reality check and stabilize), and that when I looked upwards with my physical eyes I could focus more on the dream and/or regain control over it when the dream scene went blank. The dream felt much like a prolonged daydream.
Yeah so I just wanted to do a repeat of the above for those who may have missed out on my previous thread (which was very badly titled). I took out the things that no longer had a relation to title of this thread.

I''m still left wondering why it felt so difficult to dream and why I didn't have a vivid lucid dream in the first place -- it was a WILD after all...
