is it possible to WILD at will?

is it possible to train yourself to be able to WILD at will?
i dont mean at night time when your not near rem, i mean you think i fell like a LD so you go to bed that night, set an alarm, and do a WBTB WILD.

so im pretty much saying can you get the pont where you have WILD down so well that you can almost 100% get it.

and if so how do you get to that point?
      just practice heaps?

Yeah, there is exactly one person I know who can WILD at will, and does so for pretty much all his dreams.

No idea how he got that good at it, but I imagine he practiced at some point in his career. XP

Personally, my success rate is pretty high (around 90%), but I only ever try when everything is just right, e.g. it's Wednesday (because Monday is my night to cook, and Tuesday we go to visit your mother), there's nothing good on tv, you haven't had your after work social sport team practice so you're not too tired, etc. . .

      Wait, wrong song.

The only person i know that can WILD at will is Mancon, but he usually does his WILDs during an afternoon nap.

What do people mean when they say as an after noon nap?

Like say you get up at 7:30, does it just mean you try wild in the after noon?
So instead of Wbtb with half an hour you have a couple of hours,
Wouldn't it be verry hard to get to sleep?

      Word anaylsis: After-noon.
After noon. Noon = 12pm. So like, around lunch time or after lunch time. Really, i would just try any time after i've slept.

      You'd think that, but no.

There's a sweet spot for humans, some hours after a good-night's sleep, where they're most tired and capable of falling asleep pretty easily. For people on a normal schedule, this sweet spot is typically in the early afternoon.

      It's possible, and I've actually done it, too ^^;

But I should state here, that I go into the Hallucinations phase spontaneously a lot. Without effort, I reach this phase 4/7 nights. I'm very fortunate with this gift! But my hallucinations tend to be extremely frightening, so as soon as I notice I'm going to that phase, I wake myself up.. ..until now! Music mutes the auditory hallucinations for me, so I just have visual ones, and those I can deal with.

I think the trick is in being so relaxed you can literally "not think" and just watch incoming thoughts go by, and when the colour swirls come I just watch them go by without focusing on one of them or whatever, and I just transition into a false awakening. I do a RC whenever I wake up, so I do it in the FA as well and boom. I'm lucid.

Relaxation and passive attention is the key, I think.
