Finally a true lucid WILD! some questions

So i did a WILD, sleep paralysis sets in after 15 to 30 minutes. Then i sort of can't move so i lie there for a while. Then i get up and everything is almost vivid. I get out of bed, The first thing i do is do a reality check with the nose plug and it tells me im dreaming. The next thing i do is use my ice powers to see if they work, They do but not what i kind of expected.

So i go to the den and my dad is sitting there and i freeze him because its my dream and i needed to see what i can do. so i wander around the house for a bit then i start to think about flying around in my house, so i did that and im happy. Then all the sudden everything started to fade to black, i tried to rub my hands together but it didn't work for some reason.

Then i woke up in a weird setting, dark blue sky as if its about to be night time. I wake up in a bed unable to move again (not really trying in fear of waking up.) so i fall back asleep in my bed.

(next part features World of warcraft just a heads up if you've never played the game)

I wake up again to find myself in the training grounds in the outskirts of orgrimmar. For some reason though these were Ethereal training grounds and there were ethereal everywhere. They didn't really attack me but just carried on with their business. So i become lucid again and try to summon up my sub conscious, for some reason i'm paralyzed again and couldn't get to the corner to see my dream guide. so i wake up.
The Lucid dream lasted to probably like 5 to 10 minutes or so.

So here are my questions, How do i keep restablizing the dream.
Why am i paralyzed some of the time to the point of where i couldn't move.

I would love to have this last longer. Thanks.

To your first question: There are many ways to do so. I've heard spinning is definitely the best when you start losing your dream and everythings goes black. To the second question... I don't know, but It happens to others a lot.

      YOU LUCKY BASTARD!
But seriously, to answer your first question: Spinning works great, and once you do that, go around and feel everything with your hands.
Second, it's called sleep PARALYSIS. Meaning you can't move.

No i mean i can't move in my dream, like i'm standing in one place and try to go to another. But for some reason i can't move. i'm already in the dream world by the time i enter sleep paralysis
