New Awareness Exercise?

Thanks! I'll try this tonight and report back if it works. Do you keep your head still after you close your eyes? Do you leave the lamp on while you sleep?

I just found it so I have no real answer

but while doing this I first waved the lightsource infront of my eyes just to see the colours, then I closed the lamp and closed my eyes.
I was in complete darkness and pretended that I was going to WILD, so I didn't moved a muscle, I also found it easier to concentrate on the afterimage if I was laying still.
But I have only used this for meditation so far, but I might try to WILD with it someday =)
