      About to WILD

Hey guys here its 11:17 PM and I'm about to go to sleep ,I am going to attempt a WILD tonight but I know I will probably wait for something to happen and it will make me too tense. I don't know how to meditate so do any of you have any quick tips on how to relax so I can just wait for it and go along with it? I appreciate everyones help . Also the last time I tryed to WILD the staying still part was excrutiating. I wanted to move so much and my muscles started to tense up and for some reason twitch . Well thanks again!

I would do it with WBTB, but if your still gonna try it tonight before any prior sleep, I don't have any real advice for you as it has never worked for me at night before any sleep.
