Need help with WILD...again
Hey! I've been trying to WILD for a while now, but I never seem to actually step into the dream.
Here are some problems I can remember off the top of my head; I don't know what to do after Sleep Paralysis, do I open my eyes, do I try to move, do I just lie there?
Usually; after I'm "done" with SP I can feel my eyes going dry, because they tend to open up a little bit while SP is going on. What should I do? I read somewhere NOT to force your eyes shut, but if I don't they will open "automatically" and I'll end up seeing the roof of my bedroom.
I was also wondering if anyone would like to describe how it feels and what they do when they WILD as in depth as possible. Don't leave out a single detail, I'm the kind of person who needs to be spoon-fed in order to learn something.. Things like; after SP calms down, do you see all black, do you hear anything, do you feel anything?
Last night I think I almost WILDed, I was lying there counting my breaths suddenly SP kicked in, I've felt it a lot of times, so I'm usually calm now, suddenly I could hear birds! ......then my brother started talking to his friends over Skype, because it was Saturday and he tends to be awake all night playing video games :/
Another thing; is trying to WILD when going to bed a waste of time? I try to WBTB as often as I can, but I'm in college right now so I wont try during weekdays, and I usually get invited to parties during the weekend..which I have to admit I sometimes ditch, just so I can try to Lucid Dream.... Heh.. wow.
Hope someone can help me and describe WILD!:D
EDIT: Also, I've seen on the Android market that there are quite a lot of apps dedicated to help people lucid dream. Things such as Binural Beats and whatnot. Do these actually work? If so, I think I might just buy a headset that won't fall off my head while I am sleeping.. :)
