I Think i had my first WILD!!! (Know that i got my sleep paralysis)

Finally, after a week of practice i was able to experience Sleep paralysis. Before I experienced sleep paralysis i was imagining that i was taking out the trash in the night, the stars were extremely bright though and before i knew it it disapeared so quickly and then i became aware that i was in sleep paralysis.

It felt weird. i was somewhat conscious and it felt like there was a force-field or something all around me and it was pulsating. I had my eyes closed. I kept my calm and after a few seconds i got bored and tried to summon something that was scary and mortifying with all the fear (I don't know why maybe for a reality check) i got and for some reason it didn't work. I didn't see it or feel it breathing down my neck. Then it all stopped.

I slowly moved my arms from my chest to my side like i was trying to move my arms without straining my muscles. Then i began to open my eyes and look around in my room. I didn't see or hear anything but i felt as though something was in my room. So i got up and walked out and ran towards the couch. My dad was in the living room (as he always is everynight due to his snoring) and said, "Boy whats the problem?" I said "Hallucinations." Even though i didn't experience a hallucination. So then i went to the fridge and saw the milk carton out. I found it weird and put the milk back up in the fridge. Then I woke up and realized it was a false awakening!

Just have a question. How come i couldn't summon the creature in the dark even though i used some fear.

Some people just don't have scary visions in SP. Everyone has a different experience! Well done for getting into it though :D

Well first of all, congratulations! To answer your question, just keep trying, and find a paradigm that works for you.
My paradigm is energy manipulation, I change the flow to form an effect I desire, for example if I want to summon something, I stare at the spot I want it to be, and project my idea of it. It slowly fades into existence, So far, I've summoned a drinking fountain.

Great stuff, sounds to me like you had a lapse in conciousness, don't worry sometimes this is the only way to enter a dream.

Just a question Robo. What is a Paradigm? Is it like some sort of focal point to create something?

A paradigm in the way I use the word is basically how you view the world. I probably should have used the word archetype instead, now that I re-read my sentence. an example of an archetype: if you are faced with a locked door, a mage archetype might use magic to pick the lock, a warrior archetype might smash the door down, and a rouge archetype would probably pick the lock with lockpicking tools.

I actually got a quick lucid last night doing the same method as the night before, i did a reality check (hand thru palm/nose breathing) and everything was a dream. The problem was that i couldn't exactly get out of bed because it felt like there was actual lag in my dream because it kept resetting me back to position. Does this mean i'll get some Lucid dreams without having to WILD as much?

Grats! I don't know why you WOULD want something scary to pop up, but i find getting exactly what you want can be kind of difficult. One time imagined my deceased cat outside my window and when i went out it was some weird cat with 2 heads, and i was lucid to think "no! that's not what i wanted!"

The sleep paralysis is very odd, and you're right, it does feel like a force field it holding your body in place. Most times i don't have problems with sleep paralysis, i just calm down and think of what kind of dream i want to go into and make sure i keep telling myself that i'm dreaming. The only times i have problems is if i wake up paralyzed on my back. Most times i'm just looking into my pillow so no problem but one time i woke up paralyzed and was looking at a dark corner, something black started to materialize. It was creepy as hell.

Otherwise in my dreams i don't really have nightmares. Never any strange creatures or monsters. If i do i'm usually fighting them off or being all heroic-y so i can't complain. Keep it up!

I've done the same thing! I think really hard of what i want and it slowly forms infront of me. I've materialized a person, a gun, and some other things. One time i was being chased by gunmen and realized i was lucid so i materialized a wicked sword and started hacking them to pieces, being bulletproof and everything. I've gotten out of the habit of doing it that way though, i've found it can take too long and sometimes takes too much concentration and wakes me up. I have much better luck if i just expect, or KNOW something will happen.
