Thread: How do I go on to WILD from SP?

It's happened about twice.

I wake up after about 6 hours of sleep.
Go do some stuff.
Back to bed.
Lie down, thinking it's a proper time for WILD'ing.
2 seconds pass and I hear loud sounds, and the room starts vibrating.

I'm not paralyzed, I can move if I want to, however if I do it'll stop.

Can I continue on to a lucid dream from here on, or does it have nothing to do with WILD'ing?
