Though i am in the same boat as you, I read that visualization is key, unless a dream starts forming infront of you, you have to give it a bit of a push. Have to wait for the weekend until i can try it again though |

If you have felt the vibrations and sound for a while, then try to control them. Maybe you can make the sound more like a melody? Or like a drum. And the vibrations to slow rocking? Try to control thing you hear without focusing on SP. The SP doesn't always hit in. Sometimes you just go from HH to a dream |

In all honesty I think you're going about it the wrong way. You, like many others, put too much time and effort into pre-dream signs and such (like sleep paralysis). The fundamental element to having a successful WILD is going to sleep and remaining aware. That's all you do. You don't try to stay awake and/or look for SP and HH, as you won't have a WILD that way. You simply go to sleep and retain a single shred of awareness. |

Hi there my friend, you've just experienced a WILD. If you remained still during that state, you would've had a successful LD. Just wait for the vibrations and buzzing to pass and you'll be in a dream version of your bedroom. Be sure to RC to confirm if you're really in a dream. Hope this helps |
