How do i relax myself? That's difficult to answer. Most of the time i'm not relaxed. But i think make sure you don't eat before bed. Make sure ur stomach is satisfied a few hours earlier when you attempt to wild. So ur body can focus energy in the brain and not the stomach.
If there's a person on ur mind that's making ur heart beat stronger and faster. Seriously sometimes it feels like my heart will explode. First focus on that feeling. If the feeling is negative/pain. Focus on the pain and embrace it. You'll find that the feeling can be exceptionally good it is just ur mind that is associating it with bad things. You can keep holding on to it till you fall asleep and you can even try doing stuff with the mutual energy. But it's distracting and i don't think its very helpful if u are trying to achieve a WILD.
I said that i let my urges go. But what i really meant was that if i don't feel comfortable i just give up. Either do something else or start rolling around in bed till i fall asleep and dream of washing my hands with tooth paste and trying to get a sun tan (in dreams..)
When i'm finally calm it's just a matter of lying on my back , kicking back and just chill. I try to put my hands besides my body and lay in a straight position. Otherwise i get uncomfortable quickly. If the odds are right, i'll be in a HI state in no time. Usually i'll see eyes and stuff and hear random sentences and words. I just watch it. Calmly. Don't think anything, especially don't say a word to urself. That's bad. But keep observing. You will know when you get closer and in no time ur in a dream.
