I've tried the Wild technique several times over the past week (in afternoon naps, middle of night, even tried binaural beats and WBTB) the farthest i've ever been able to get is the point where my arms are numb and i can't tell which side of my body they're on. However at this point i've gone half an hour without noticing any other differences, do u guys have any idea what i might be doing wrong or anything i could try to make it more successful, any tips or pointers would be appreciated, thanks |
