      My 1st Wild, Some taughts and questions!

      Hello,

      Yesterday I Woke up after 3:30H of sleep, go to bathroom, take 2 pills of galantamine.

      and back to bed, I couldn't back to sleep, I stayed awake and roll over my body, about

      1H30. I got some vivid imaginations, and moved my body for the last time, after seconds i tried to move again, but I couldn't , I knew I was in Sleep Paralysis. so i tried to move hardly ( to separate my dream-astral-body from my physiscal one ) and that's it, I started to get out of my body and seeing my physical one still sleeping, ( transition )
      i didn't heard the Buzzing loud sounds, insteed , I heard voices that freaked me out ( Like 2 entities whishpering about me with a foreighn language )

      And finally found myself in a dream scene , but i couldn't stand-up for a while like if I was very tired .. and the dream began: Stones, and a lake far away a little, I toutched the stones, and taste it ( to stabilize the dream ) and ran to the lake it was cold , fun, and very realistic.

      so the dream fade away. it lasts about ( 1 - 3 Minutes ) I think.

      Taughts:
      -To wild it's all about your mind and memory, not about the relaxation. because when I entered SP it was about seconds from the last time a moved my body. so i think it's a consciousness level.
      -Next time I will try 1 Galantamine, ( to wild ) and not to Dild.
      -SP, is not scaring at all and it's very fun.
      -I may try Coffee insteed of galantamine for a WBTB

      Questions:
      -Why my dream fade away quickly. even I stabilize it?
      -Why there are no DCs in my LDs?

      Why my dream fade away quickly. even I stabilize it? - Just because you stabilised doesn't mean it will stay stable for the entire dream, you have to remain in control, if you were, perhaps you reached the end of your REM period.

      Why there are no DCs in my LDs? - sometimes there isn't, you can conjure them if you want.

      WBTB appears to be alarge factor, relaxtation is a factor or getting into full SP, after that yes it is just mind and memory.

      I am very impressed, and keep it up.

      A few questions from me.

      Did you say you waited 1H30? This is interesting because you have woken up at a time where the REM has just finished, waiting 1H30 would place you roughly in the largest REM period.
      When you say you moved for the second time, how much did you move, how long did you wait, interesting method of sampling if you are in SP.
      I struggle to sleep after WBTB.

      Happy Dreams

      Hi man,
      yes I waited 90 Mins before I entered the SP.
      I moved during all the 90 Mins, and the last move is about seconds and I found myself in SP. ( for that I said it's not necessary not to move to get SP, just you have to be relaxed and aware. and move no problem )

      and yes it's hard to get back to sleep from a WBTB, especially if you seen lights and drunked water.

      Good job on ur first wild mate, and quite an epic transition if u ask me.
      what do you mean when you say it's about mind and memory? it's easy to visualize memorized images. is that what you mean? I kind of got traumatized by inception to never make a dream scene out of memory.

      I've never had any trouble, or needed to stabalize a lucid dream. When i am in one it is already very vivid and it doesn't fade away until i start thinking about waking up. Maybe that's what happens at the start of ur dream? You are afraid of losing grip so u think about it and you actually lose grip.
      Like, if u try to fly and think u can't u will probably fail.

      @Dtoughts
      I mean you have to be aware but your body needs to be relaxed enough.

      @Arch

      Well I had a few failed attempts at WILDing, I guess partially due to the fact I don't get my room cold enough and the fact that I have a hard time just laying there for a hour not moving at all.
      I think I should definitely try this.

      Also, how did the stone taste?
