You mean 4-5 hours for waking up to WILD after sleeping. Yeah, that could work. I recommend waking up after 4-7 hours.

You want to be REALLY relaxed, like your sleeping but aware enough so you can stay awake from real life to the dream. You don't want to focus on anything too hard though or you will be too awake.

Anywhere between 4-7 hours if sleep is fine. I'd say somewhere around 4 hours of sleep though. And when attempting to WILD, you actually want to fall asleep, but keep your mind on the verge of consciousness. You defiantly dont want to just lay there trying to wild without trying to fall asleep. The tough thing about wilding is trying to keep your mind awake enough as you are falling asleep. You want to use an anchor to keep your mind awake, like counting backwards from 100 or listing to your breathing. But you want the anchor on the back of your mind so that it wont keep you awake. So remember, you need to fall ASLEEP, but keep your mind awake enough to enter sleep paralysis.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.
