When you say every night I assume that you mean before you regularly go to sleep, I don't recommend WILDing without sleep as its very difficult/impossible. It is easiest to WILD whilst in REM sleep (when dreams occur); after about 4-7 hours of sleep. Try a WBTB (Wake Back To Bed), getting up after about 5 hours of sleep, staying up long enough to think clearly (1-30 minutes) and then lying back down and attempting a WILD. You can also try WILDing during an afternoon nap (preferably after 1-8 hours of being awake). |
