You cannot move if your body is in sleep paralysis (except for your eyes). It would be like an oxymoron. The numbing/tingling sensations that you feel as your body goes numb when you lay still for awhile is not the same as SP, which is why you would still be able to move. I think a lot of people get confused on this point. If you haven't entered SP within an hour of trying, it's possible that you are just too awake/aware, and you would do better to time your WILDs to coincide with REM periods. Such as, after 3, 4.5, or 6 hours of sleep...those numbers vary for everyone though. |
