      It's so difficult!

      I just tried another WILD, but I failed... again.

      I get to the point where I'm into SP, saw my DG who told me to 'let go of waking life some more', but that's the farthest I ever get.
      I just can't seem to 'get in the dream'. I can still feel my body and when I try to open my eyes I wake up.

      What am I doing wrong? Am I trying too hard?
      Can someone give me some tips?

      (I hope this makes sense, I'm still kind of sleepy XD)

      Your DG is exactly right haha. I get this when I'm too awake and feeling too conscious. Do some breathing and counting exercises to help yourself relax and ease the transition better.
      Jen was 13 years old. A fairly normal girl. She spent a lot of time online.
