So i'm guessing if you started the WILD at 11:30 PM you didn't get any sleep before that? |

So, I tried having a WILD last night. I started at about 11:30 PM. I just lay down in a comfortable position and started breathing slowly like I would when sleeping. I lay like this for a while, and after quite a long time my legs began to go numb. I felt like a lead blanket was being pulled over me, just like people described it. I was numb all the way up my legs up to a little before my crotch. After a while my hands started to go numb, but they seemed to just stay in that phase of right before they go numb. After a long time my left hand went completely numb. My right hand didn't go numb. Also I kept lying there until I felt like my chin was going numb but it didn't go any further. Then I finally gave up also because I was hot since my whole blanket was spread on me, but also because I waited for ages lol. I looked at the clock when I got up and it was like 1:30 AM lol I waited for like 2 hours. |

What about in an afternoon nap? I mean if I slept for like 6-7 hours and then woke up, and then after like 2 hours I try to do the WILD, is that good? |
|
If you take like a 2 hour nap in the afternoon and attempt a WILD that's fine. It could still work, but I think a WBTB would be the better way to go. |
|
Alright, I think I'll try a WBTB tonight. |

Thanks |

How has your WILDing been going? Any luck? |
|
guess hes still fighting Jabba the Hutt on his Flying Bicycle.. |

I actually haven't been able to attempt it yet because I've been having very irregular sleep times. I'll try and attempt it in the next few days |

So, I tried WILDing today. It didn't work. What kept happening was I kept almost falling asleep and then realizing I was falling asleep and then I'd sort of jump and be awake again. After like an hour of this I THINK I actually fell asleep and then dreamt of trying to WILD and getting to SP lol. Either that, or I actually got into SP and THEN fell asleep, although I doubt that. In my dream (if it was indeed a dream), SP was just the feeling of many people sort of sitting on me and it kind of hurt. I didn't see any hallucinations with my eyes closed, and then I opened them to see if I would hallucinate and everything was sort of purple lol. I'm quite sure it was a dream and it seemed logical that if I opened my eyes expecting to hallucinate in a dream, I would. Also I've noticed that in my dreams, the things I expect to happen which then happen are usually half-assed, like the hallucination being just seeing everything purple. |
