      First Attempt At A WILD.

Last night, I tried to attempt at a WILD, and here's how it went down.

I laid down, and did not move at all. I tried to keep my mind awake, but after awhile I got really tired and I kinda felt this wave of energy like everyone describes it, but I'm not sure at all what it was. My arms were sort of numb. A little bit after I felt that my mind got really tired and I just decided to just fall asleep. My mind was too tired and groggy to tell myself to lucid, or to make sure I will know I'll be dreaming.
By the time I think I enter sleep paralysis I'm really tired.
      Any tips?
      How do you WILD?

      Thats really good!
You got very close to successfully WILD'ing.
Sleep Paralysis is the stage before your dream when your body is asleep and your mind is awake.
Im no WILD expert, but Im pretty sure all you need to do now is figure out how to transide into your dream by staying awake/conscious.

Yeah! Thank you. I'm still trying to figure what works best to even have a lucid dream. I never had a lucid before, so I guess I'm a noob at this. Ahaha.

If I may ask, what material have you read on WILDing?
