Don't give up when the sensations suddenly stop. Keep doing what you were doing, and you will slip back into that state. Sometimes (most of the time!) you have to bounce back and forth for a while before it sticks and you can enter a dream. |

Went for a quick WILD during a nap and basically my body shutdown (wave of heaviness going over you) and i was like yeah, here we go! and it just sort of faded. |

I know what you mean but, it seems as if there is literally nothing i can do to stop it fading, one minute its there, the next minute it isnt. |

Yeah, try to avoid that, "Yeah, here we go," thought. Just act as if nothing unusual is happening. Continue to relax and just let the waves come and go as they please. Try not to think, "Here they are." or "How long will it last?" or "It is leaving" etc. Just calmly experience whatever is going on, but don't bring to much attention to it. If you are over thinking about what is going on, your not going to be able to fall asleep. |
